Octopoid Sequencer (Head Module)

You can find the serial number (S/N) and service number on the backside of your head module. Please remove the module from your modular system to check the backside. At top left you will find a printed label indicating the serial number (S/N) as well as service number.

Note: Older modules do only have a serial number (S/N) printed as QR code. Use your smartphone camera to decode the QR code. Please contact us and send us a message including your serial number to receive your personal service number.
